We shouldn’t still have to note this, but it was nice to see “Mindy” use its entire ensemble well again. Every member of the cast got a moment or two to shine, and the guest stars brought their A-games. There was one scene, though, that stood out from the rest:
This might have been the first episode all season to use the entire ensemble in compelling ways. The lack of Niecy Nash’s Dr. Fishman this episode was a little confusing for a character who still needs to be established, but other than that everyone was used well and the episode was made all the better for it.
Thank god the MLB playoffs are over. Baseball is barely a sport anyway, and it was taking up valuable time that should have been used airing new “Mindy” episodes. The show returned with an episode that was less risque than the last few, but just as funny. Here we go:

The highly anticipated “The Mindy Project” is back and it did not disappoint. Five minutes into the episode, we were already laughing and quoting our favorite lines. Penis braces? What? But let’s not bury the lede here, before we go any further. CAN WE TALK ABOUT DIAMOND DAN?
